Electrical Conductivity of 2D Materials

Measuring electrical conductivity of new 2D materials ⚡

Last week Bristol Nano Dynamics worked with Professor Chris Howard and Eva Aw from UCL at the University of Bristol’s dynamic scanning probe microscope laboratory in the School of Physics. The team’s goal was to measure for the first time the electrical conductivity of phosphorene nanoribbons.

This new material displayed some exciting semiconductor properties – watch this space for a publication from Chris’ team. We look forward to seeing where this research leads!
