We are proud to announce the general market launch of our new dynamic scanning probe microscope – Vector.
Vector exploits a fundamentally new understanding of contact-mode physics that overcomes the limitations of fast tapping high-speed AFMs. It enables large area, real-time imaging at the nanoscale with low set-up and operating overheads.
Our technique, known as Dynamic SPM (D-SPM), is the product of more than 10 years research and development. D-SPM has been proven with a range of customers in sectors such as 2D materials, nuclear energy, battery technology, semiconductors, and biosciences.
